I had this idea last night after a few drinks, a pounding headache, and an excessive amount of throat lozenges. In order to inspire me to write more often than I currently do, I am planning to write a new post every day and publish it, allowing me to rant about whatever is on my mind. Anything goes with this story. Maybe I will talk about something deep and metaphysical about the meaning of human existence, or rant about why my life sucks and how I prefer iced tea over hot tea. Anything goes. This is just an inspiration to allow me to write SOMETHING every single day of the year. Hopefully I can keep up.... If I end up deleting this story, I guess you'll know that I failed. This is a bunch of short stories I had to get out of my system. Each part is a complete story, so you don't have to worry about being left hanging! 1. Heist. I was was blinded by a sudden wave of story, character, and plot (which usually don't coincide with each other) while innocently on the way home from music practice. The result? I combined the prompt with my experience in customer service, and came out with something akin to comedy :) 8. A Perfectly Normal Thought Process. Another writing prompt from blog.reedsy.com about the "perfectly normal" state of my mind. 9. The Appointed Time. This was a New Year's prompt from blog.reedsy.com. It took me two days to finish, and all the characters are actually friends from church! 10. Leaving Footprints. Reaching the max character limit... blog.reedsy.com! 11. Sweet Little Things.
