I had this idea last night after a few drinks, a pounding headache, and an excessive amount of throat lozenges. In order to inspire me to write more often than I currently do, I am planning to write a new post every day and publish it, allowing me to rant about whatever is on my mind. Anything goes with this story. Maybe I will talk about something deep and metaphysical about the meaning of human existence, or rant about why my life sucks and how I prefer iced tea over hot tea. Anything goes. This is just an inspiration to allow me to write SOMETHING every single day of the year. Hopefully I can keep up.... If I end up deleting this story, I guess you'll know that I failed. This is a bunch of short stories I had to get out of my system. Each part is a complete story, so you don't have to worry about being left hanging! 1. Heist. I was was blinded by a sudden wave of story, character, and plot (which usually don't coincide with each other) while innocently on the way home from music practice. The result? I combined the prompt with my experience in customer service, and came out with something akin to comedy :) 8. A Perfectly Normal Thought Process. Another writing prompt from blog.reedsy.com about the "perfectly normal" state of my mind. 9. The Appointed Time. This was a New Year's prompt from blog.reedsy.com.
