Astaroth not being inherently evil, needed Asta out of the way, Asta being shocked with Julius's state was distracted, and Noelle can't loose what she only just found.
Noelle at this point is super attached to Asta since the spade war ended, and the stuff with the wizard king and astaroth went down.
She accepts her feelings for Asta and Asta even seems to be more involved and understanding himself like him receiving the few answers that took up all his thoughts for years and finally acknowledged her, like he did that day they met.
