Mishka Kaidya, a boy at 13 years of age, is a Russian immigrant living with his mother in the United States of America after his mother and father went through some deep conflict. Things weren't going too well to begin with, when along came a day where he felt constant sharp pain in his lower jaw. It only worsened throughout the month. He constantly complained to his mother-who has hated his guts for years before their big move-about his situation. Mishka's mother, determined to silence the boy, hopefully forever, brings him to their local "dentist" to get his mouth checked out. But this boy, already struggling to navigate a whole new life in a new country, doesn't quite make it through this wild experience in one piece...
