Tira Todoroki is the younger twin sister of the Touya Todoroki. She has the same hatred towards her father as most of her siblings. With Touya's death hitting her the hardest. She had eventually moved out while going to Ua and living on her own with no trouble. 

Now she is known as the Pro Hero, Phoenix, The Rising Fire Hero.

***Also, one thing I plan changing for my story to work the way I want it to is that Dabi will be more of a vigilante. And if/when he joins the league later on it would be so that Tira has an inside informant.***
