He wanted for little save for to perfect his craft of battle, but when chaos fell over Inkopolis, it collapsed into gang warfare, forcing Albert over the edge, He vowed to restore order at all costs, as his past of growing up in the deep metro drove his misguided attempts to take control.
He had decided that the masses had chosen for themselves, and they had chosen wrong. So, for their own good, he would rise to the top, and no one would choose again under his reign.
