toga desides they need a new member of lov and brings the idea to attention shig tells her and someone else to look through the ua files ua it very guarded but she manged to slip in do to her friends portals (yes an oc only mentioned once) and ends up getting her hands on the big threes files and judges a book based on a cover when she sees tamaki thinking hes an easy target she kidnaps him and trys to befriend him with the lov also helping while trying to convince then they are not so bad (will be wholesum moments one on one talking about backstories ;) 

iv had this idea with tamaki being a villain for so long and i have so many ideas on how to get him on the side of evil also with tamakis quirk i was wondering if he ate people he would get their powers in some form or be able to look like them?

enjoy the story i will add ships if requested and other things just before the book is finished

After long discussions and debates on the matter, Nezu proposed the creation of a rehabilitation program for villains. The goal was to clean the reputation of those who joined and give them the opportunity to start a new life from scratch. And the very first ones to try it out... would be none other than the League of Villains. Can the program change the lives of the League of Villains? Will Dabi return to his family?
