Willow is nineteen when she recieves a gift of some sort of glass figurine from her grandmother. She sets it on a shelf and it's untouched for about a year. On her twentieth birthday something brings her to pick up the glass but she drops it accidently. It smashes into pieces and she faints. When she wakes up she's in a glass world a "perfect" world where porcelian doll looking people talk fluently and act accordingly. She's trapped in a glass world with no way but suicide to escape. She meets Winston, who she undoubtfully falls in love with and must convince him to escape with her to the better reality of life.
