Kane Inoko lived an average teenager's life, until he was suddenly whisked away to a world solely consisting of a strange arena and forced to fight in an event called the Tournament of Earths. After learning that the whole thing was controlled by an extremely powerful unknown entity simply known as "Lux", he had one goal in mind: Win the whole thing in order to get the answers his mind burned to receive. His only problem was that he was very weak. Up against foes from alternate universes with strange abilities that would be seen as impossible on his earth, Kane has to find a way to acquire an ability (or discover a hidden one) before he meets his untimely demise. His surprisingly useful knowledge about the worlds of his enemies will come in handy as he finds ways to climb the rankings through any means. Surely not everyone in this place is a bloodthirsty killer?

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. Although he is a weak level one as everyone else is level five and 10. The twins start training him to become better that he originally was but it does come with a price like everything else right? In the story, you can expect character development between Carrie and his friends. You'll see multiple of different storylines with Carry's friends. You will get a better understanding what Futurämous really is, and by the time you're done reading this, you'll be begging for more. So now the question is, can carry make it all the way to the top especially if he has to fight one of his greatest friends for the same spot that they deserve to earn? Not including the betrayals, the tragedies, the heartbreaks, and the hardships that comes with this bundle of epic, explosive action pack of excitement.
