Hermione never imagined her life would be going down the path it is. Her life is slowly falling apart beneath her fingertips, and she couldn't feel more helpless.
But there's no place for helplessness in a war.
Voldemort still reigns over the wizarding world and continues to get stronger. Each day he gains more alliances, and each day the chances of surviving the war becomes slimmer.
Draco's destiny is to follow in his parent's footsteps: become a death eater and kill all muggle-borns. But after his failure to kill Professor Dumbledore, his loyalty is in question. In order to prove his loyalty to his family and to the Dark Lord, he is sent to Hogwarts as a spy. He is tasked to get information on Harry Potter, and learn about his motives.
But it becomes increasingly hard for Draco to do so when Harry and Ron abruptly leave Hogwarts. Only Hermione Granger knows why, providing Draco with a way to take down the golden trio from the inside out. Starting with the Gryffindor Princess.
