Where as Phil, he was trappped, trapped in the life that he loved but needed more. Loneliness seemed to creep up on him more and more each day until he to found the person of his dreams, not someone he would have thought to have fallen in love with but fate had a plan, and was going to stick with it.

Dan is believed to be a grumpy badass by most. There is some truth to that. But, under the surface he is a sweet and happy guy. Phil has a happy life but can never seem to find true happiness... Until Dan. Phil uses the illusion of happiness to hide the true darkness within him. When the two have a chance encounter, their lives change forever.
