The crown prince of Goreyo was mysteriously treated by a countryside physician, when he suddenly got injured by an ambush sabotaged by his enemies.

After returning to Goreyo, he was said to be prepared to sit on the thorne soon as king. His position gets secured for throne. The crown prince wanted to reward all who helped him to climb to this higher position and wanted to strong his position in the royal palace with his followers.

The Crown Prince could not resist himself from taking the physician as concubine. In spite of physician's refusal, he forced his desire upon her. He ordered the physician that she could not treat any person except him, as it would be disrespecting for the crown prince that,  a physician who knows about his body structure and weakness of him, would serve commoners and could be anytime used by enemies as a weapon against him towards his expected throne . She could not be out of his sights anymore.He assured the physician that he would provide facilities to her titleless poor family to start new bloodline in Goryeo.
