He had lost his right hand, after all; his sword hand; his very identity; he had lost everything..but he held on to his desire to live. Live for Cersei. He had eagerly died two dozen deaths for her; he had died a lot to live a little with her. And he would die again. For Cersei.
He was making haste now. His sister was waiting for him at home, after all.

Gems for Spring - Re-write of Game of Thrones Season 8
After having met Cersei in King's Landing, Jon and Daenerys get to Winterfell, and the Starks and the Targaryen(s) get ready for the battles to come, against the dead and against Cersei. Besides the wars, many personal challenges are ahead. How will Daenerys react to Jon's true identity? How will Sansa accept Daenerys as a Queen? How will Jon learn how to be a king? Meanwhile, Cersei is plotting in King's landing, unleashing all of her intelligence to annihilate the Dragon Queen, helped by unimaginable accomplices. ******************************************************************************* Watching how GoT ended for me was physically painful, for how much I loved two characters in particular (Jon and Daenerys), so to cancel that image, to feel better, I decided to write what I would have wanted to see in season 8, in 6 episodes, which have titles different from the show.Complete

Layarah Targaryen. She lived in the North for her own safety after her father and mother died and the end of her family reign. Her time in the North wasn't pleasant. Terrible of thing have happened to the girl which she tried to forget but she couldn't. She wasn't able to pick her clothes, the way her hair is styled or what she ate. She was tired of being controlled and not having anything to say all because she was a woman. But then she was married off to a Lannister. A snarky, golden Lion. Jaime Lannister. Layarah hated to Lannister's after everything the family had done to hers. Yet once she met and had gotten to know Jaime not the Kingslayer but Jaime Lannister she had quickly fallen in love with the Lord. When the Days grew the more she realized she needed to make a change in the world. She was going to regain her throne back. And become the Natural Queen she was destined to be. So she needed to be careful with how she played the Game of Thrones knowing every steps can be the cause of her death. "I'm afraid." Jaime spoke. Layarah furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. Jaime looked at her facial expression and sighed. He wanted her to understand that the Jaime who she was married to was gone, he wasn't that man anymore. The man who she fought for when he was gone, the man who she craved, the man who she loved. He was gone. "Afraid of what?" Layarah asked softly. She placed her palm on Jaime's cheek caressing it. Jaime looked down to the ground embarrassed. He wanted to please her and so much more but he just couldn't. "You'd realize you loved me more with my hand." Layarah stared blankly at her husband. She never could stop loving him even if she tried. He was the love of her life, even if she didn't realize it yet. Layarah let out a laugh. It had been inevitable that Jaime and Brienne would spend the night together. He had known it for a long time, but what he hadn't expected were the consequences that came with it. When Jaime finally realizes its real meaning, he has to make a decision, a decision that could lead to hurting her and even killing him. And yet, he knows there is no other possible way to go... This could be seen as a fix-it-fic for what happened in season 8 episode 4 and after that. So, I've taken the dialogue or parts of it in the beginning from the series script, but the ending will be entirely different. I hope you enjoy what I've put together here!
