The boss

Reese just left a friend's voicemail saying that her date is horrible and that she want a call back as soon as possible with "an emergency". A handsome man walks by and tells her that her date will see through that lie anyways. The busybody may be sexy , but Reese lets him know that she does not want his advice. He walks back to his own company with a grin.

Back at the table , her boring date keeps talking to her, Until suddenly the handsome busyboy with his date appears at her table. He introduces himself as Chase Parker and to her suprise, he pretends to be her cousin and turns it into a double date. Chase concocts the most bizarre and hilarious stories about their so-called childhood together, and Reese joins in with a straight face. This makes the date from hell suddenly a lot more fun.

After the date they ech go their separate ways without exchanging phone numbers. Reese assumes she will never see Chase again. Until she finds a nice new job a month later. Her new boss?? Chase Parker.
