Hunter is exactly what his name implies: a hunter. But not a typical game hunter, a vampire hunter. 

Balthazar is a 617 year old villain of a vampire who uses his looks to ensnare his prey. 

When Hunter moves to Chesterville, where Balthazar has decided to stay for a while, the two unbelievably powerful opposites collide. Mainly meaning Hunter's combat boots in Balthazar's face; and Balthazar's hands around Hunter's neck. 
But... Then things start to change. It all started with Balthazar catching Hunter, half naked in the locker room. Suddenly his desire to kill him has vanished. 

Can Balthazar prove to Hunter, who loathes him beyond belief, that he doesn't want to harm him?

And will Balthazar succeed in protecting Hunter from all the dangers that suddenly arise around them?
