That is when Wei Ying start to see thing. When Wei Ying grow up he somewhat remember what happen when he was young. 'I wonder if that will happen again,' Wei Ying glanced at Jiang Cheng, he put his hand on Jiang Cheng shoulder, and that is when Wei Ying is looking through Jiang Cheng pov. He see how they weren't able to enter into Cloud Recesse because they have lost their invitation. Just when Wei Ying is about to see another vision, Jiang Cheng call out his name. "Wei Wuxian!" 'It wasn't a dream. I can see thing before they happen. What is going on here?' Whoever touch Wei Ying or Wei Ying touch them, he is able to see their fate.
