Somehow, Arianna managed her escape with the help of a man with purple eyes. So she waits at the orphanage, losing hope. But her waiting is rewarded. Daniel Lockwood adopts her and she finds herself taken into a new town with him. Life seems great. But nothing is as it seems. Arianna and her parents were no ordinary people and the town of Shinning Falls is no ordinary town. She begins to discover secrets and lies that are beyond her knowledge.
