Nemo was once the most unpopular boy in his school, mostly due to his crippling naivety and lack of social skills. Despite this, he still managed to make "friends" along the way. Yet, those friends were using him for anything they could get their grubby hands on, pushing him to do worse and worse things.
Until one day, they convinced him to film a video in a gravekeeper's abandoned abode.
When the boy came to, he was locked within a room glowing with light. He couldn't hide, couldn't leave. He was treated as a prisoner, told he committed atrocities so horrible that he could never be free.
Now, he lies in wait, praying for someone to save him...

I saw this WP on Reddit, and I had a lightbulb moment. Since the age of 14, you've noticed a monster stalking you. A few years later, you've noticed it seems very protective over you and will go through extreme measures to protect you. It's usually friendly, but it seems threatening when your childhood friend is around. I changed "Monster" to a shadow, but is it a shadow really? This story is about a 16 year old girl named Melody Swift. Ever since her mother died, her so-called "father" started abusing her. Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended. What will happen when he finds out that the man who despised Luke is showing interest in him although he's in Luke's body ?! - This book is about a romance between two men and has mature content. If you don't like prostitution, depression and suicidal tendency; this book isn't for you.
