"Guys, I got another note," I say as I sit down at lunch. Vanessa and Xander were here but Hazel was missing. "Where's Hazel?" I question, eyeing her empty seat. "Out with Adam today, it's Friday," Xander says whilst I munch on my sandwich. "Did you say you got another note?" He asks and I hold my finger up and try to swallow my food as quickly I can so I can speak again. "Yeah, this one says, 'You look so beautiful in blue, I wish I could say this in person,' I really want to know who's playing this prank," I say and my eyes fall to the only prankster in Waterstone Academy, Sebastein. "I don't think it is Sebastien, he loves attention and this doesn't scream attention," Vanessa says as my eyes land on him. But my eyes move from Sebastien quickly to the hottest man in Waterstone, Vincent. He has been bugging me for a week, trying to talk to me and he even asked me to come to Logan's party on the weekend. My eyes must have been drilling holes into his face because he turns in my directions. I quickly turn back to Xander and Vanessa who were talking about their Art projects. His eyes darkened and he chuckled out, blowing out a long, harsh breath. "You're pretty. Too fucking pretty for my ability to control myself." My grin begins to drop slowly and my mouth parts open at his sudden outburst of words about my appearance, "Rio..." "You're so effortlessly breathtaking." He continues, not giving me half a second to compose myself from hearing his previous words. It did something to me, a feeling I hadn't felt before. "I could watch you count infinitely, and still not get bored." I should be quite creeped out by that last sentence, but I was turned on. Exquisitely, turned on. I don't say anything, perhaps, I didn't know what I was supposed to say. I've never had a man be so blunt about my attractiveness. What were I to say? I can feel my heart racing against my ribs as if it is about to tear itself out of my chest as I gaze into a pair of violet-silver eyes. They are locked onto my own with a predator's intensity. It takes every ounce of self-control I have to keep up this foolish staring contest, but I keep at it. I will not appear weak in my own court! The stranger does not blink but offers the tiniest of smirks, as if sensing my growing distress. I take in a deep breath and silently will some steel into my spine as I, at last, address him. "What is your name and what business do you have here?" The stranger grins and instead of bowing gives a mocking salute. His voice is soft and dark, carrying the promise of death, "I am, Lord Virgil and I have come on request of the king to help him against the growing threat." I swallow hard as he steps closer toward me, those uncanny eyes never leaving my face. "It would be wise if you stayed a safe distance away from me, Prince Roman. She got bumped into someone. She looks up and found a very handsome man standing there. He is just looking at her. "Please help me...." She whispers and fell down unconscious. Man became shocked after seeing her face. He showed his palm to stop those men. He sit on his knees beside her. A fang man came to try near her foot in which blood is oozing. He showed him his palm light flashed from it and the fang man fell far away. He roared -"If anyone dared to even come near her, I'll burn him. Now go away!" -"As you wish king."
