*DISCLAIMER*: This is a rewrite of the story "I'm Here For You, Don't Be Afraid" by mushroomfrog18. I kept the story and dialogue (mostly) the same but I edited a few things to make it a little easier to read and more vivid. I have the original author's permission to do this. All rights/story ideas go to them.
DESCRIPTION: Dark Cacao notices some strange bruises and scrapes on Pure Vanilla. He suspects something is wrong, but he has no idea what he's getting himself into when he decides to stay the night.

But when cookies in Earthbread start to crumble mysteriously, it's up to the powerful Ancients to save the day, but will their feelings also get in the way and become painful? Or...tragic? (All the characters except Starburst Cookie and Tick Tock Cookie are not mine.)

Another PureCacao Story
Since I've seen so many stories off my favorite ship, I have been inspired to write my own. It might not be 100% accurate but I will try to make it a good story to read. Most of the story is based off of the game, so if you haven't played Cookie Run: Kingdom, I recommend playing the game first! (At least get past Episode 14 in World Exploration) A bit of the story is my head cannon, so it's more interesting, but most of it's just based off what I think about the two. {Just a heads up, I will not be writing any sexual stuff or smut, because I see too much of it anyway so read a different fanfic if you want sexual content or smut please.} I think Pure Vanilla and Dark Cacao Cookie would be more wholesome and romantic than all that other crap, sorry about that.
