After Laura *365 days trilogy sequel*

Laura chose Nacho. In fact they got married and are expecting a baby. Something she was going to have twice with Massimo. Heart broken, and angry, Massimo goes to the hospital where Laura is going to give birth at, to kill the baby in revenge. But he hears that Laura has died in childbirth.
Even more broken, Massimo goes to the hospitals church to cry, when he is caught by someone from his past.
