Tatsuo, a wanted bounty for killing the Navy at the age of 20. Many people consider her as a witch and named her "Dragon Claw" for seeing a dragon killing the Navy assuming it was her when in reality, it was her pet dragon, Amon. Tatsuo was born on Drum Island and evacuated with her parents, who were pirates, because of a prophecy that was made 300 years ago. Her powers allow her to manipulate anything against their will. Amon can shapeshift his size to be 3 feet, 14 feet or 60 feet, being his original height.
