"I know what you're doing," he spoke with so much sureness in his voice, I knew I was in trouble, "And I want in," When Skylar was only nine years old, she had to transfer schools to get away from the ruthless bullies in her hometown, and from that day on, she knew that she was never going to let anybody around her be picked on or abused in anyway, and she has a rather creative way of keeping her promise. Pranks. She's never been caught, she's the perfect student, she's invisible to those around her, nobody would ever suspect her. Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
