Quackity has made it very clear to Tommy after he and Wibur visited Las Nevadas, the neither him or Wilbur were allowed there again. Tommy being the curious kid he is decides to sneak in and admire the city. After being caught, the only way he'll be allowed to live is if he spies on techno.

A teenage boy is running from the law. A large bounty is over his head, and five Hunters are constantly chasing him, determined to get the money. It all changes when Dream gets wings.
