Percy and friends, along with an unlikely tag-along in the form of Apollo, took a trip to Japan after hearing of a prophecy that tells of great danger. The main character of the prophesy just so happens to be Sano Manjiro, also know as "Mikey". 

Meanwhile, waking up from a horrible nightmare, Hanagaki Takemichi discovers an interesting fact about himself...

When they arrive, Poseidon tells them that he want the 2 of them to go on a question in California, to retrieve a demigod. They wonder why a satyr can't do it, or why it has to be them, not anyone else. After a bit of convincing, they're on their way to Cali, via plane, credit to Zeus. What they don't know, is that another mysterious young demigod was also assigned to this quest. Hali Peterson. Daughter of Poseidon, born in 1937, dropped in the Lotus Casino at age 14, till her father pulled her out in the middle of the Giant War, in hopes to gain some more power in the underwater battle that raging at his palace. Now it was the next summer, and 15 year old Hali was living the dream in Southern California, occasionally going on different quests for her father. What happens when she meets her brother on one of these quests? I hope you like this!
