Everyone has a soulmate and a soulmark. Soulmarks, just like soulmates, are perfect pairings, like: salad and dressing, coffee and donuts, milk and cookies, etc.

Or in my case, a spiderweb and what I'm assuming will be a spider.

Funny considering I turned out to be Spiderman.

Your soulmark can be anywhere on your body but will be in the same spot as your soulmate's and will start off as just a darker or lighter tone than your skin, turning completely black or white when completing the soulbond. If you cannot complete the soulbond for any reason, your soulmark will turn blood red and small blood blisters will form in a state of major irritation. And yes, it hurts like a bitch.

I would know, it happened to me at first.
