"We are all demonic!"---says Queen Stormag . . .One lonely fall afternoon, Frederick Waltzcrop, an insistent yet well-mannered gentleman, introduces himself to the island theater's stage manager, Roger Compish. Waltzcrop lends him a mysterious play from hundreds of years past, one lost to history, The Queen's Idle Fancy. Roger Compish and the residents of the small Pacific Northwest island town begin a journey filled with dark purpose---auditions will take place, and the play must go on. Combatants will combine to see that The Queen's Idle Fancy production receives an explosive springtime opening night. Soon, monstrous forces cajole, conjure, and guide the populace as they begin to change . . . some of them . . . while others remain unaffected, slowly awakening to the fact that evil resides within each and every one of them. Final casting calls will take place, and Queen Stormag will reign once more.
