Izuku has a twin sister. Her quirk is Blood Manipulation and Psychological Attack(She can infiltrate her victim's mind and alter their feelings. But it takes a lot of blood from herself). Izumi(The sister) was kidnapped at a young age(Who knows by whom).
The UA is eligible for 18+ students only. Eri is aged up to 15(Reasons).
