In an post-apocalyptic future where the remnants of human civilization have abandoned the surface. Adults and children exist in contrasting environments from each other. Artificially-created children, termed "parasites", are deprived of individuality and are educated only for piloting FRANXX in pairs to defend humanity. One day, he finds a strange device in a junkyard, which turns out to be a control unit for a hidden underground facility. He activates it, hoping to find a robot inside, but instead he unleashes a horde of mechanical monsters that attack the city. As he tries to escape, he is saved by a mysterious girl named Automatia, who claims to be a mecha musume android sent from the future to eliminate him. She says that she is the cause of the Diorama Effect, and that she must kill him before he prevents the final phase of the phenomenon, which will destroy the entire world. However, she also reveals that she has lost most of her memories and data, and that she is not sure if she is telling the truth or not. Is she his enemy? Can he trust her? This "game" has crossovers with: Asura Cryin', Kaitou Kiramekiman, and Vividred Operation. But otherwise, all the characters are original.
