Alex is not shy, she's simply following her rules to hide in the background of life in general. Or at least she's doing her best to be 'at the fardest end of the social spectrum'

Strictly reserved to her own things that vary from music to... pretty much anything related to that, Alex lives the normal life of a highschool student who doesn't wish to engage in deep conversations with no one. Not even her family even though ocassionaly she has to.

One day around the middle of the school year, she coicidentially (yeah right. I wrote it :D) is asked by a new beautiful girl the simple favor of helping her find the exit of the school building. Of course, you could expect her to try to avoid her, wouldn't you?

So this is the new story guys! So excited.

P.S. I don't own any of the songs that I use in this book, they're just for the sake of the storyline as I really enjoy music very much and I wish for it to be included in my books.

highest ranking || #4 on teenfiction || #5 on romance || #2 on new adult || #1 on humor ********************************** I walked outside, found my Uber, and got in the backseat. "Hello." I greeted, before proceeding to tell my driver about the house address. However, I couldn't really do that because as the driver turned around to face me, I realized that Oh! It's Aaron Owens! OH MY GOD. *********************************** Ellie Rosell. Casual teenager trying to get through high school by watching Netflix, eating, spending her money on concerts, and swooning over hot guys. Just when Ellie thought she'll spend her last year of hell known as school with the same boring routine, she met Aaron Owens. And from down there, things changed. For sure. Did they change for the better? Since she's actually making friends, going out, and dare she says, falling in love? Or for the worse? With family secrets, mental health issues, heartbreak, and fake people? After all, she met the one and only Aaron Owens, and he changed her life. *********************************** "Oh my gosh! Author! reading this story was just... I have no words. The adventure you took me on was just dreamy. You made me laugh out loud so hard and you also made me cry. You made me feel the second-hand embarrassments that Ellie felt and it was so lively. You made me feel as if I was Ellie and you gave me hope that I could one day feel the same way as Ellie did towards Aaron. And all of these reasons is why your book is one of the best books I've ever read and let me tell you I've read a lot of books. Thanks for the journey and the hope you have given me! Keep being amazing!"~Layoreo08 *********************************** Started : November, 22nd - 2017. Finished : May, 3rd - 2020.

When Priya loses a game of RummiKub to her housemates, her forfeit is to go on three blind dates of their choosing. But when the best thing about the first date is the waitress, Priya doesn't have high hopes for the remaining two. Or will the third time prove the charm? A loose, modern and queer tribute to Austen's classic "Emma", this funny tale of friendship and flirtation explores how we find feelings where we least expect them. And how sometimes you can't come out of the closet until you realise you are in it. +++ Replaying conversations with Kate in my head I could see how, even if she was as into me as Jenny assured me she was, she might be reticent about going out with a girl who wasn't out to her friends and family, or, worse, was merely bi-curious. I'd need to convince her this wasn't the case. If anything happened between us, we needed to be on an equal footing. No, it was my parents I needed to talk to. I loved them dearly, even if we didn't see eye to eye on some things. Would their disapproval put me off? I briefly entertained the fantasy of calling them up on speaker and coming out to them while Kate held my hand, perhaps in response to some comment from her that she couldn't date a girl in the closet, but then dismissed that as ridiculous grandstanding that could so easily backfire. Well, waiting wouldn't make it any easier. It was 5:30 pm on a Friday. Hopefully, they'd be home. Deep breath. Mum answered after the third ring. "Hi Mum." "Priya darling. How lovely. How are you? Let me call your dad. I'll put you on speaker." We chatted easily for a while, talking about work and my housemates. I realised I was stalling and needed to just, ah, come out with it. "Mum, Dad, I need to tell you both something." "Okay." "So, I made a new friend recently, her name is Kate, she's a researcher at the University and I really like her, and I think I might be falling in love with her."

The Preacher's Girl

30 parts Complete

Everyone thinks being the Preacher's daughter is so easy but let me tell you a little secret, it isn't. You have to be perfect all the time no matter what, and I was perfect or at least I let everyone believe that I was, until Alex that is. Alex liberated me. Alex made me the person I am today and I guess that's why I am telling my story now because I want to make sure that people know if they meet a person like Alex to hold on tight and never let go because they don't come by very often. My story starts on the first page all you have to do is grab a coffee, get comfy and read.
