Keeping your friends close and your enemies closer is easy when they're conveniently rolled into one. Ashley is almost 17 and life isn't working out as hoped. Her Dad's controlling, her Mom's in denial, her prom queen older sister is proving too much to live up to and the less said about her 'best friend' Lorna the better. At least she's got Daisy her tiny terrier to talk to, and James her oldest childhood friend.
