Kailani (Kai) Roberts is a junior at Jefferson highschool. Her and her best friends usually keep to themselves, but what happens when she crosses paths with another student whom she's not so fond of?

Corey Martins. Star football player. King of Jefferson high. Corey is a fellow junior at Jefferson. He isn't your stereotypical jock though, he is very smart, gets good grades and is pretty friendly to everyone. Everyone but Kai that is.

Corey and Kai have never gotten along. It all started in 5th grade when Corey moved to California. Before Corey moved to Kai's school she was super popular and got the best grades. But one day in the middle of the year Corey came along and took that all away. Ever since then the two had fought over everything, whether it was grades, jobs, or even seats in class. What will happen when the two have a big project together and actually have to put up with one another?
