Suddenly there is an explosion. The walls of the compound break down and the whole room is filled with some kind of smoke within a few seconds. No one have time to react. Some of the Avengers are kidnapped. While the rest of the team is on a mission.
Wanda wakes up in a dark room, alone. She can't use her powers. She has no idea where she is or had taken her and the others. Are the others even there?
Where is she?
Why can't she use her powers?
Will she get her powers back?
What's about the other Avengers?
Will they be able to rescue them?
And what have the infinity stones to do with the new villains the avengers have to fight?
AU - Story to/after Age of Ultron. Pietro is alive and they have defeated Ultron. I will not make my way throw the movies, so Thanos is not the villain in this story, even though it is about the infinity stones

She never thought she would ever meet anyone as egotistical as her brother, but boy was she wrong. She never wanted to be in the lime light like Tony, so she kept a quiet private life, even changed her surname, not wanting to draw attention to herself. She was only a few years old, when their parents died, and Tony didn't want her growing up in the spotlight, so he had her raised away from it all. Though she loved her brother dearly for giving her a safe, quiet life, she missed having that bond with him. That is until the day he announced himself as Iron-man and joined the group of misfits that called themselves heroes. She had worked at the local hospital, as a doctor in the ER, but was often called upon to fix up the idiots who didn't know how to take care of themselves. On one of her shifts, she comes across HIM. When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one. It's no coincidence that the intel comes through, and they find files about experiments done to one person. 'winter 2.0' the team calls her, but to Bucky, the fear sinks in as memories resurface about one soldier in particular, Ace. Stronger, deadlier and she made the winter soldier in him afraid. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free?
