Red Parson , Parson estate's owner rules over a considerable amount of region and creates his absolute monarchy with his ability and people using whatever means possible.

His belief is "This world is passive to me as I am the righteous owner of it" , and thus he stands before the entire system to trample upon it and create a future he desires with his hands.
