As a young girl, and teenager, nothing has ever really been easy for Leslie Adams. To constant arguing with parents, then a divorce, and realizing her mother really isn't all that great, and to a father who thinks he knows it all. She always finds herself stuck in a battle and shutting down because she doesn't know how to deal with these battles the right way. A younger sister, and older brother that don't understand her, and she feels doesn't even care anyway. High School wasn't what she expected either. She missed out on many things and never really bothered to get them back. Until she meets someone. But what happens when she has to let go? Does she know how to deal with this battle? Will she win, or will she lose.
