Lucy's public life is as Lucia Ricci who is known to be an investor in various places, but to others she is known as the Faceless Succubus.

She doesn't care much for relationships, but has an oddly close relationship with her bodyguard who is her older brother's best friend, Jaxon.

Jaxon Marino is a 25 year old trained bodyguard; he started training in the mafia when his family died in a car accident around the age of 14. The Ricci family and the Marino Family are business partners in a sense-the Ricci family manages the loan business while the Marino family manages the drug business. Jaxon was born around the same time the eldest son of the Ricci Family so in the end they grew up with one another and became best of friends. Not long after the Marino family accident, the Ricci's head found the drunk driver and made a plan to kill him, but Jaxon decided it was taking too long so he took matters in his own hands. After that day, he could never go back to being an ordinary kid. So he joined the Mafia, refusing the position of mafia boss, he preferred helping people and trained to protect. On the day of Lucy's 18th birthday, he became her personal bodyguard and promised her brother to never leave her side and don't get too attached.

As he and Lucy grew up with one another and saw each grow in strength. Their feelings were sure to change into something other than Boss and Bodyguard.
