Tanjiro's whole family never liked him, even his little sister Nezuko. Everyone in that family practically hated him. Why, because he, himself, had the eyes of a demon, even though for sure, he was not. (Not yet at least...)
Tanjiro was a very kind-hearted boy, the villagers thought he was nice, but they never cared to see why he always had bruises on him. Some villagers thought that because he already had a bunch of cuts and bruises, that it would be okay to join in torturing to poor boy, mostly because of his eyes
