It was there and then it was gone ; A shooting star. Making a desperate wish to the skies, I sighed shakily.
In my eyes the sparkling lavender and royal blue sky was dotted with shimmering diamonds. I tore my attention from the celestial beauty to study the young Adonis beside me who had just whispered a breath of words lost in the wind. I studied his alien like features, sapphire eyes reflecting the stars of the night sky. The cool airy breeze rustled through his raven hair as the moonlight illuminated his porcelain skin and sharp features.
I watched him for a while with teary eyes, for tonight... is his last.
