Growing up with an addict for a parent is no easy feat. Anyone who's gone through it could tell you. But Phillip eventually couldn't deal with his fathers antics any longer.
After murdering his father in the 11th grade Phillip gets his first taste of blood and slowly learns he is a serial killer. So he decided to make it his mission to become a vigilante EMT. Due to the nature of his job he gets unlimited access to potential victims and their info. Using this, Phillip makes a mission to "cleanse" the earth of people he views as undesirable.
