this short story is entirely based on "love, death and robots" on netflix. specifically episode 2, volume 2, "ice".

the characters are not mine. (except for the main character, celeste.)

celeste is a 16-year-old girl on a planet full of individuals who have been "modded" to give them super-human strength, speed, and versatility to the freezing elements of a desolate ice planet. she struggles with intense feelings of isolation and bitterness because she is not modded. "extro" is a made-up term for non-modded persons.
