A princess awakens from a nightmare only to find that it wasn't just a dream. Though her hand had been promised to the one who could prove victory over all other's in their quest; her champion wasn't quite what she had in mind. But perhaps being married to the one who has rightfully claimed her as his prize won't be so bad after all. 

A short one off story that I wrote while being inspired by a picture I saw on deviant art. (I can't post it here, or I will get flagged. But  you can click on the link in the description.) It is only one chapter, and has nothing to do with my other story, Bride of the Dragon King.
