Raz is just trying to get by. A little bit of dirt on the hands puts food on the table, open doors. But what will he do when his own hands become unrecognizable? When the world has put you in a box you've so desperately try to escape, only to trip back into it? When you're just a piece in someone else's game? A mytholite in Ancia is nothing but a tool, and how easily he allows himself to be used. But use a tool wrong, and someone is bound to get hurt. A storm is brewing over Ancia; the shining beacon of civility in a new world. And when it makes landfall, it will be at the edge of a blade.

The Fanalis were a well-known people; the famed hunters and conquerors of the Dark Continent. With legs stronger than steel that could pierce a lion's heart with a single kick, they were a race to be feared. But also on the same land lived a dwindling race of people who were even more ferocious than the Fanalis. Rumored to fight like real monsters by ripping throats with sharp fangs, slicing to shreds with claws like daggers, and wielding the elements like gods in human form, this legendary race was believe to be naught but myth. The Drakonis. With their name akin to the mighty beasts of wing and scale, they fought with an unparalleled ferocity eagerly sought for by armies and empires. They were a deeply religious and strict society with laws that prevented outsiders from mingling to keep their bloodlines pure. As such their numbers began to dwindle and, with the ever growing demand for Drakonis and Fatalis slaves, their species became endangered. They could not be bred to produce more because each Drakonis can only choose one mate and can only have children with that one mate for the rest of their lives. If one mate was to die, then the other would feel like they had lost half their soul, but gaining a mate unlocks a Drakonis' full potential so not choosing a mate is like a bird never learning to fly. Purposeless. With their people hunted and lands razed, the mighty Drakonis faded into legend and their truths became gossip and the gossip became bedtime stories for children who wonder about adventure and travel. But there was one who hid her true identity, one who played human but always remembered her pride and home from whence she came. She took it upon herself to rebuild an empire for her people; one where they would not be threatened with extinction and isolation. But that's quite the tall order for a twelve year old girl, don't you think? She may just need a little help from our favorite miracle child. What do ya say? I only own Raz / my plot changes

REVISED EDITION COMING OUT MONTHLY/COMPLETED In a world overrun by zombies, A single bite heralds doom - except for Kaindra, who defies death itself, being undead already. ******** As humanity struggles to adapt to the new reality of zombies-infested streets and lurking supernatural creatures from ancient myths and legends, survival becomes an ever-evolving challenge. Survival is a constant battle not only against the undead but also against supernatural creatures and their zealous followers. The relentless onslaught of zombies and the mysterious reemergence of mythical beings push society to its limits. Civilization's last bastions fall one by one, teetering on the brink of collapse. As these ancient myths awaken, they reveal intentions that are far from clear- some may hold the key to salvation, while others could herald further doom. The question remains: Can humanity unravel the mysteries of these legendary beings in time to save themselves, or will they fall prey to the very legends they once dismissed? ___ Excerpt: Taking a deep breath, I lean closer to the mirror, my skin prickling. I thought it was a trick of the light, but as I stare at my reflection, my fragile lies crumble away. The reflection staring back at me feels unrecognizable. My once deep, dark brown eyes now glimmer with an otherworldly light, like twin moons suspended in a sea of silver. The faint glow within them swirls softly, catching the dim flicker of flame I summoned, like ripples across a moonlit lake. Their alien intensity sends a chill down my spine. The orbs seemed to hold a universe within, depths of endless mysteries and ancient wisdom beyond my grasp. ___ Warning: Mentions of suicide and self-harm Beautiful cover made by @scmimi. In the cursed world of Eden, every individual is born with an anomaly-an uncontrollable power that can be either a fortifiable quirk or a catastrophic force. The Source, a powerful research organization, led by a prophesied Demigod girl, has long kept dangerous anomalies in check, but it easily gets overpowered when a mysterious virus emerges, transforming humans into omnipotent, soulless entities. The selfish government and powerhouses use this chance to ostracize the prophesied girl to reside far beyond the border and destroy the Source. Decades later, Zafer joins a new uprising faction, seeking nothing but recognition in the world with no restrictions. During his quest for strength, Zafer accidentally becomes a pivotal player in bringing about a new world order, one that will alter the fate of Eden forever. As Zafer rises, he finds himself allied with- and opposed to- the most formidable humans and god-like entities the world has ever seen. Through shocking revelations, clashes with power beyond imagination, and belief-challenging events, Zafer must discover his true purpose and identity in a world on the brink of transformation. Will he become a hero, a villain, or join with the prophesied girl? Yooo everyone! This novel is a story I've been structuring for over 5 years now, and after writing from scratch 4 times, I'm finally somewhat self-confident enough to publish it! THERE ARE NO FILLER CHAPTERS! Each chapter is mostly a combination of action and World Building/ Character development, and sometimes only one of the two! I pondered a lot wile constructing the story in order to avoid repetitions in the story, so each action scene and plot twist is unique in it's own way! As mentioned, the only thing that's distorting my confidence are my writing skills, so PLEASE LEAVE A FEEDBACK. This is crucial for my improvement as I would love to turn this novel into a manga. I accept any ideas and Constructive criticism (don't be too harsh please) so come along for the ride. NOTE: Things may seem off within 4h story such as: A confusing timeline, unexplained plot holes, out of character reactions, etc. All I can say is that they're in there on purpose for the most part and will be explained as you read through the story. So if you're confused, don't worry about it, it'll likely be answered later. Also warning that this book contains some swearing every now and then. Thanks to @StormingFire555 for the cover design.
