Yeah. An in-person observation is needed for him to grasp the current on-goings of the world.

This story takes place during and mere moments after Rimuru Tempest' evolution into a Awakened Demon Lord. During this Evolution, due to the Presence of Storm Dragon Veldora, the newly acquired Raphael manages to analyze Veldora's core and leaking magicules and upgrade Rimuru into a True Dragon, becoming the fifth one in existence. See how is attitude and journey throughout the world is affected by his significantly more powerful presence. (Keep in mind, this story will have a completely different route with the similar events, just not taking place as they originally did, but cosmology would be vastly different and attempted to be explained in better detail plus a whole bunch of differences.)

During the Final Battle Against Feldway, he had inevitably sent Rimuru to the end of time and space. After Feldway send Rimuru to the end of time and space Rimuru decide to find a way to go back when he's wake up However, Chrono-Saltation, had not only thrown Rimuru to the end of time and space, but it had also locked him out from returning to the world using Space-Time Leap. As if banning Rimuru's existence itself from the world, preventing his return. And Ciel also tell him that his timeline had already destroyed so he cannot go back after hearing that Rimuru start to feel a lot of emotion inside him sadness regret and pain all the emotions you can think of come to him at once and start to make him go insane In the end, Ciel find a way to time travel to the past but risk is to high it can destroy rimuru's Spiritual body, if anything goes wrong. And so can rimuru go back in a time unharmed ? And what will be the consequences of it ? In this fan-fiction, Rimuru will be OP, respectful, serious when needed, and goofy. There will be other characters that will be more powerful than Rimuru at the start. (Keep in Mind, this is Fan-Fiction. So not everything here will be accurate and a lot of things will be changed.) TENSURA SPECIAL
In this fanfic, this story will briefly discuss Rimuru's mindset (which passive & pacifistic ). This new version of Rimuru will have proper ruler's attitude and not allows apologizing for the smallest mishaps. But don't worry will still have his personality but there will slight improvements. ( let's be honest he deserves respect) In in my personal opinion, I never did understand why Japanese animes allows that 'no-back bone main character' who even lets his subordinates boss him around a little when his is supposed to be the master!!! smh . However on the contrary, they do have those lovable rage moments, barely. Now to continue my outline of this fanfic, this will not be the regular tensura slime we know and love. The world of tensura will take place a few years after The Great Tenma War.... No there will be no harem involving hinata, velzard, velgrynd or luminious. There maybe a chance with chole , ...maybe! The Last Regret - That Time I got reincarnated as slime
Rimuru achieved everything which was possible but there is one regret he has in his mind even after the 12 years of the great war that he cant save his 'Destined One' So after 12 year he Decided to clear this regret but he don't want to change the whole timeline by directly interfering so he decided to live the whole life again after being reincarnated but this time he has every skill from the moment he reincarnated. Note: I changed rimuru personality a little bit after ch4 , I made him act like evil sometimes.
