Instead of following the young Saiyan, Kakarot, we follow one of the villains. a Frieza force memer. His name, is Hypoth. He's a member of the Icejin race, and is extremely powerful. However being one of Frieza's "henchmen", he's bound to come into some trouble of sorts.
