Amelia Rosenberg has always wanted to be a figure skater, even years after and arm injury that resulted in her mom not allowing it. When she finally goes to college for learn the art of figure skating she meets a hockey player named Noah Titus. He's kind of uptight and hard headed and Amelia grows to feel frustrated towards him.
One day Amelia's figure skating coach alerts the class that they will have to put on a performance that will determine weather they will be in her class next semester. With little skill in figure skating, Amelia feels as though she's doomed. Desperate to keep learning, she reaches out to Noah to learn more about skating despite him being a hockey player. How will their relationship turn out?
