Every country in GlobalCity has powers, and the most interesting about it is how will you know who your future lover is. Well, a country has a mark either on the cheeks, hands, neck, or somewhere in the shoulder area. And when you meet your lover, both country's powers will create harmony and the marks will change color into their lover's flag. Now this is the story of America and Russia. America struggles his life with a strict and homophobic father (which is UK), while Russia suffers depression. Until one day, something happened which changed their lives.
