Izuku midoriya is a 24 year old omega who has never had a mate he although is proud to be omega he hates alphas and refuses to ever be seen a possession thus owned in his view by one. izuku refused to bond much less mate with any alpha. he rejected all up until now. 
Katsuki bakugou is an 25 year old prime alpha who still looking for his soul mate omega refusing to have just any omega after his arranged marriage omega with Ochaco uraraka cheated and left him and their two kids. Katsuki and midoriya were friends as kids and they made an promise to but when midoriya mom died in an village attack he left injured he was taken out of the village in the fleeing of other villagers and his memory was messed up so he  forgotten all about Katsuki and the promise. 
Izuku has returned to his childhood village as the new herbalist hired by queen Mitsuki Bakugou. izuku studies all kind of plants and medicine and has agreed to return and continue where his mother left off due to the good pay, promised safty for his daughter and having his old family home and his mothers old shop now his.
