The world has been split between 4 powerful families all with power given to them by the gods. After a long grueling war the world was split into 4 territories and on the edge of one of these territories, a large disaster was occurring. After His village is destroyed, his father killed and his best friend is taken all by a mysterious power, Hiro and his mother are on the run for 3 years until they reach a small shack. Hiro's mother begs him to go and find his friend and leave this life of running with her. Hiro promises to return to her with his best friend Kyoko in hand.
