Celebrating at his brothers wedding, Fletcher finally meets the girl of his dreams - Emily Greystone. Born out of a very successful family, Fletcher shares all the wealth with his girlfriend, Emily. But little does he know that she only has 6 months to live. She knows she has to tell him sooner or later, but when? A few months after the break up, she finds out that she is completely cancer free again! But by that point, it was far too late to go back to Fletcher, given that he was engaged already. Then one day, they unexpectedly run into each other at Emily's cousins wedding.
