Katheryn always heard about people finding their matches, but unlike them, she didn't want to.
The story of a teenage girl who doesn't believe in the "matching stones" normality. In her society each person is asigned one half of a stone cube that has been cut with a unique pattern that only one person in the world has the match to. With every given day Katheryns stone heats up at random places, like they do when you're near your match, but she ignores it.
Things get complicated when she discovers that her stone will go cold in a few weeks and she is caught between letting it die or finding her match.
